My experience of more than 10 years in Human Resources within large international groups has allowed me to develop great adaptability, quality active listening and a good knowledge of the business world. Franco-American, very positive in nature and passionate about personal development, I trained in support in several areas such as sophrology and life and professional coaching.

The objective of my support is to allow everyone to flourish thanks to a better knowledge of themselves, by finding their own solutions to become an actor of their success.
