Stephanie Marks is bicultural, American & French.

After a 15 year career in Human Resources supporting employees in their various professional steps, she chose to go deeper in the level of support she could provide to others.

Passionate about personal development and driven by the understanding of human behaviors she trained in therapies supporting individuals struggling with stress issues.

Stephanie is certified in wellness techniques which focus on reducing the emotional impact on human behavior, such as sophrology, Wingwave and life coaching.

She assists individuals through personal and group sessions that reduce stress related issues, ease taking a step back on situations and regulate emotions.
